Yes. Xvend can test and tag machines in-house, so the machine on your site meets Australian workplace electrical safety expectations. This matters on managed sites and anywhere that requires electrical equipment to be tested and tagged.

Yes. Xvend carries public liability insurance, which is often required before equipment can be installed on construction sites, government facilities and larger managed workplaces.

Yes. Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are available on request. These are commonly needed for construction sites and managed facilities, where any supplier working on site has to provide them before starting.

A clean, professional installation with minimal disruption. We deliver the machine, position it where it works best for your team, and set it up. You provide a suitable spot near a standard power point, and we take care of the rest.

Xvend is. We own, stock, service, repair and maintain the machine and keep it compliant. Your business simply hosts it. If anything goes wrong, you contact us and we handle it at no cost to you.

There is no strict minimum. Smaller teams are welcome, and the right machine depends on your headcount, foot traffic and how the site runs. If a site is genuinely too small to keep a machine turning over, we will tell you honestly rather than install one that sits idle.

Yes. Stock is customised to your site, whether that is standard snacks and drinks, healthy options, ready-to-eat meals, or a mix. Because restocking is free, we can adjust the range once we see what your team actually buys.

No. Xvend does not lock clients into contracts. If you ever want to change providers or remove the machine, you are free to do so at any time, at no cost.

No, and that is a good thing for most workplaces. Rather than paying a small commission on sales, Xvend keeps the whole service free: no hire fee, free installation, free restocking and free servicing. For most sites that is worth far more than a commission.

You call, email or text Xvend and we get a service member to your site to sort it out. Our contact details are displayed on every machine, and because our machines are monitored remotely, we often spot a fault before anyone reports it.

Contact Xvend and we check our live monitoring to see what happened. If it was a machine error we refund your card, or arrange to return the cash on our next service visit.

We visit most sites from once a week up to three times a week for high turnover locations. It depends on your staff and customer numbers, and we monitor sales daily so machines do not sit empty.

Yes to both. We carry an increasing range of healthy options, and we can vend ready-to-eat meals such as My Muscle Chef where a site has the volume to turn them over, since fresh meals have a limited shelf life.
