Xvend does not charge our clients installation or service/ filling fees.

If it was machine error we will then refund your card, arrange to give you back cash on the next service visit or transfer the money to your bank account. Contact us anytime. 

No, Xvend covers the cost of repairs and maintenance.

No, Xvend does not pay commissions as we offer free installation (usually $300 performed by professional and insured removalist). No service or call out fees. No filling fees along with a high level of stock management and rotation.

We visit our sites anywhere from once a week up to 3 times per week for high turnover sites. It all depends on the site and staff / customer numbers. Xvend monitors sales of our machines daily to insure there are no empty machines.

Yes we can. This will depend on the volume your site can turnover. YOUFOODZ, My Muscle Chef and other ready to go meals generally have a shelf life of 7-11 days. Meals are a service we are happy to offer depending on customer numbers and demand.
